It’s at the age of 10, I discovered I was intolerant to lactose and at the age of 25 to gluten and sugar. What a change !
I remember when I first discover I was intolerant to lactose, it was hard to explain to my family and friends I wouldn’t be able to eat anymore meals and drinks containing lactose. But when it came to gluten and sugar, that becomes problematic.
I get bullied, I quickly became a “non grata” person and start feeling ashamed of my intolerances.
But, “Like The Phoenix Rising From The Ashes”, I’ve learned to live with, found new solutions and very important to make my life wonderful.
